On Friday February 14th, VIUSU and the greater Nanaimo community joined together led by VIUSU Indigenous Students’ Rep. Leah Vaisanen for a powerful and heartfelt gathering to honour the lives of missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2-Spirited people.
