Stretch + Sip (Yoga + Beverage) - 1 of 2

Please join Cathy from Inner Revolution Coaching and Yoga for a free 1 hour yoga session. Start the class off with some slow, gentle, flow yoga, moving into strength and endurance building standing poses and finishing off with some long, juicy yin poses. This class is suitable to all yoga levels. After yoga, you'll be invited to enjoy a complimentary alcoholic beverage at the Students' Union Pub any time the same day (pub will be open until 8:30pm).

Requirements:
Yoga: All ages, must provide ID and vaccine passport. Bring your own yoga mat or use a complimentary gym mat.
Pub: Must be 19+ with ID and vaccine passport for bar service. Beverage included may be a 12oz draught beer of choice, single hi-ball, or 6oz wine.

If you would like to register but do not meet pub requirements for bar service, you are welcome to receive a complimentary coffee, tea, or pop to-go.

This event is the final event in our Stressbuster event series. Stressbuster events are organized by the VIUSU Events Team with the purpose of helping students find ways to unwind and relax before final exams.
