The Free Speech and Liberty Club is centred on students’ ability to share and express their thoughts, beliefs, and opinions in a safe and inclusive environment. The club is also focused on educating students about their fundamental civil rights and freedoms as Canadian citizens while promoting values such as peace, liberty, democracy, and the rule of law. Furthermore, students will have the opportunity to think critically and engage in respectful debate and discussion concerning a range of past and present events within Canadian society and around the world.
