We met a lot of new students in the last few weeks and a big thing we heard from most of them was that they wanted to know what clubs we have at VIU, and how they could get involved. We have been excited to see so many new clubs registering this fall and think that it is important to give you all a chance to participate in opportunities to connect with students. 

As such, we are postponing Club Fair to October 7th from 11am - 1pm (previously scheduled for September 23rd). The event will be held at the same time and place, just moved a few weeks back.

If you have already signed up for Club Fair you will receive a notification from ivolunteer letting you know that the date has changed. You will keep your timeslots. If the new day does not work for your club, you can cancel your slot through the site.

We would also like to note that VIU has put out a guide for campus activities and events. Please make sure to follow this guide when you run club activities, and check it regularly as it is updated often.
